The Borough of Austin owns the water system in the Borough. Applications are required to connect to the water system.  Applications can be obtained at the
Austin Borough Office. Tapping in fee is $25.00. Water rates are based on a flat
rate of $30.00 per month, maximum amount allowed per month is 5500 gallons.Overage is billed quartely at $1.25 per gallon over the 5500 gallon allowed.
