Hi,

Just wanted to add my comments, great site with some wonderful images. Photos attached to the plants for sale would be useful. Keep up the good work though.

Excellent web-site. I grow a few Crocosmia in the garden and have a copy of the book about the species published in 2004/5 approx. Some grow really well in the garden others less so, my lack of skill! Will try splitting clumps but suspect neighbours conifers. Like the idea of growing in patio pots will give it a go - which compost do you recommend? Will not include photo only useful for scaring babies! Cheers

Hello,

I have had a look at the nice photos. A very nice and informative homepage. A lot of fun with the other creation and lots of love from the Baltic Sea.

Until today I had never heard of Crocosmia. I hope I spelled that correctly. They are beautiful. I clicked on the site because my friend Lauri encouraged me to go and sign the guest book...so here I am. Thanks, Sandy

I happened upon your site while going thru threads on Dave's Garden. I would love to have some of your Crocosmia. I have several plants to trade: small and large hostas, red climbing rose, white peonie, crepe murtle, and forsythia. Or, I could send fudge. It seems since I took some of my fudge to the round up here in Arkansas, it has become the trade of choice.LOL

I found your site by happy accident. It's a mine of information that is particularly relevant to me as we've bought a house with millions of neglected crocosmia - now I know what to do with them. I like the plant genealogy info too; it definitely helps to understand the provenance of a cultivar. Thanks a lot.

Hi Mark

Nice to hear from you - I can't believe there are so many varieties of this plant.

You've certainly put Caistor on the map.

Mark, you have done a very impressive job. Your site is now book marked as a favorite for me. I also know I need more Crocs. I love them. Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity to see your fascination of the flower.
