Some lovely celebrations.. On the 15th December Tory had her first birthday (she wanted hold of that candle by hook or by crook) and Eileen (Ma or Narnie) was 80. Ma's party was held in the Ranfurly Lion Hotel Owen Evans sang Happy Birthday. Everyone was there to celebrate.. Leo had his 80th birthday in the Bowling Club all his children and Grandchildren were there to celebrate with him, His birthday is 19th August (he has now got two great granddaughters Sarah Dougherty and Ava O'Malley with the same birthdate). At the Ranfurly Lion Hotel Annie had her 80th birthday party the same day as Tom Dougherty turned two both their birthdays are on the 21st June (Jane Butel now has a son James also born the same day he is 4) .. Rena and Ivan Butel had a cake for their Silver wedding 25 years married Owen sang all the gorgeous songs 'Sweetheart' Annies favourite and 'She wears my ring' . All Annies family were there also Rena and Alf Hoyle from Rotorua.
