Welcome to Flintshire Raynet
GW7CCR

Serving Flintshire for over 27 years. We were known initially as East Clwyd Raynet as part of Clwyd Raynet prior to the boundary changes back in 1990. Since then we've been known as FLINTSHIRE RAYNET

Our members can be called upon by the County Emergency Planning Officer in times of emergency 24/7. Indeed some of our members were actively involved for 5 days and nights with the Towyn Floods in 1990, and Llandudno Floods a year later. For a full report see "Towyn Floods page".

In addition, we provide safety radio communication for public events such as Fun Runs, Marathons, Triathlons, Mountain Bike, Horse, Motorbike Events etc. In fact we can cater for any event involving the general public.

If you are an event organiser or a prospective new member please contact us. Further details can be found on our "Contact us" page
