 Jack & Jackie
We are Jack St. Croix & Jackie McGowan St. Croix. We share our home in Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia Canada with three wonderful Parson Russell Terriers – Nicky, Tally and JamJam.
Jackie teaches courses for canines (and their humans) and is currently writing a book on helping canines & humans deal with canine anxiety & reactivity.
Together Jack & Jackie show and occasionally breed Parson Russell Terriers. They are also actively involved in local Earthdog events, and participate in Rally and Canine Freestyle. Their favourite activity though is cuddling with their terriers.

Jack was thrown into the world of terriers, dog training, dog shows and dog breeding four years ago, and he hasn't yet had a chance to reflect back on the good ole' days of peace and quiet  .
Jack quickly makes friends with all dogs he meets because of his respectful and calm nature and his ability to allow dogs to come to him. Jack loves photography and is the photographer for all the photos on this site unless stated otherwise (or he is in the photo lol). Jack is also a great singer and a fantastic cook. One of Jack's favourite pastimes is visiting with the seniors on Drill Team night. He enjoys people and greets the people he meets with the friendly, good natured humour of a true Newfoundlander.

Jackie has been living with and loving Jack/Parson Russell
Terriers for over 15 years and has been involved in dog training for over 25 years. She ran a very successful dog training school (Click Start Dog Training) in Calgary, Alberta for 7 years, and it was in Calgary, almost 10 years ago, that Jackie started her specialized courses for dogs with anxiety/reactivity issues.
The core of these courses has changed very little, however Jackie has realized the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits these specialized courses offer any dog, and has now opened these courses to all dogs and has made them available on-line.
Now dogs and their loved ones from all over the world can take part and find the calmness and peace of mind that they all deserve.

Jackie met Jack when hunting for a recipe on-line  - they both love to cook, garden and hang out with their terriers, and hope to some-day soon, do this back in Newfoundland
