We miss you Fancy Girl
Our time with our canine friends is short and should be spent not rushing to accomplish titles and accumulate points and high scores, but exploring the world with our friends and stopping to smell the roses with them at our side. We should all sit back and enjoy the beauty of this species that we so closely share our lives with. They have so much to teach us and if we let them, they will take us on a spiritual journey that cannot be matched.

Fanny the calm one. She introduced me to the world of russells and was my first and only high in trial obedience dog. Her obedience accomplishments were not the important thing - although it took me years to realize this. I miss you my wonderful friend and sage. Your fantastic spirit lives on through everyone you have touched and you touched many.
Fanny my Foobie
One of Fanny's nick-names was Prinny, which was short for Princess. Fanny was a true lady. She was well mannered, calm & collected, prim and delicate. This side of Fanny was only altered when she was hunting vermin or if she was threatened by another dog. Fanny liked to squeeze in tight beside you when cuddling and loved to be covered up. Fanny hated the water and rain, but had no problem with either when hunting for muskrats.
