Elaine,
I would like to say thankyou very much for taking the time to help us find the perfect new family member. We have had Snookums for about 2 months now and she is a perfect match.
SInce the day we brought her home my daughter and her are "soul mates". Every morning they play together in the yard and at nights they lay together on the bed.
Snookums became instantly attached to us and us to her.
She is definately a spoilt and valued member of the family.

On Saturday, me, my kids, my best friend, 2 of her kids and a ring-in went down from Toowoomba to meet the greys, and Elaine. The kids, incl my almost 9 yr old and my 19 month old, fell in love with all the dogs and i had to tell them i couldn't take them all home, esp Monty and Cooper. After an hour, after coming back to him over and over, I picked Scotty. I fell in love with his eyes. It's so hard to pick just one of these amazingly affectionate and kind animals. Scotty has fit right in, much to my cat's disgust..lol.. He is beautiful, and I know if ever I need help and advice, Elaine and Greys4Pets will be here for us.. Thanks so much for giving us the chance to have Scotty as part of our family xx

Hi this is very short notice but anyone who has a re-homed dog from our program is invited to a outing on the 10.th.OCTOBER. Its a fundraiserer for RSPCA. or anybody interested in seeing or learning more about greyhounds we would love to invite you to see our greys.You will be able to get your dogs bathed and etc.its starts at 8.30am. We will be there around 9.am/10am. Looking forward to seeing you and help to raise money for a good cause. Hi Katrina and Family, I'm glad we could accomondate your request for a greyhound Snookum hadn't been on the program that long as she was returned back to us. I must admit you were really anxious to see the greys asap, we had housed here it was pleasing to watch how your little 18mth. old and Snook hit it off. We tried different ones but she kept coming back to Snook.Especially when Snook was laying on the ground resting when the little girl laid down with her resting her head on her tummy and not a movement from either they just bonded there and then glad we could help so quickly

Hi Elaine and Kelly,
I would love to say thankyou!. It has been only 3 says since we have had Snook in our family and she has fitted in perfectly. My husband and I have been looking for a new addition to our family for a couple of months now and have searched all the shelters and RSPCA in the area and didn't find anything to suit our needs. We have an 18 month old girl and we needed to find a dog who would let her play with them as well as letting each other have their own space.
It was fantastic that we were able to meet different greyhounds to find one to suit us. The personal attention to our needs made it easy to find the right greyhound for us.
She is just perfect!

Hi Elaine, we would like to thank you for spending the day with us!

We have tried different adoption groups in Queensland and found that Greys4pets is the best place to go.
-This is the only place where we had the opportunity to meet many greys in one day, play with them and chose the dog we liked!
-This is the only place where we could spend unlimited face to face time asking questions!
-There is no waiting list!
-This is the place where we can come and swap the dog if we think the grey we picked up needs to go to more suitable home!
-This is the place where we can leave our grey while on holiday!
-This is the place where we can bring our grey back if anything changed in our lives and we are not able to keep the dog and we can be sure 100% that our grey in a safe place!
-This is the place where we can always get friendly, professional advice and support!

So far we are very happy with our little Whitney! She is so gentle and affectionate; she loves our daughter and follows her everywhere. We were surprised to find that Whitney starts to whimper at night if hears our daughter crying.

We are glad we meet you and definitely would recommend Greys4pets to everybody who is looking for doggy company. Greyhounds are excellent pets!

Hi Kim its good to see another greyhound has found its way into a new family and yes they are very gentle and loving. People are starting to understand and realise what good pets they make We are re-homing quite a few ourselves

Hi, I have just adopted a greyhound in Cairns. After a short hesitation I am glad I got him. He is the most gentle loving dog and fantastic with the kids. Anyone wanting to swap stories or just write please contact me.

What can we say! After waiting for over THREE years to get a GAP dog we went looking for ourselves and came across GREYS4PETS! Elaine was so patient as the kids viewed dog after dog and spent heaps of time playing with each of them. Nothing was too much trouble for Elaine and we truly felt very very welcomed. It was a far cry from the clinical approach we had experienced during our initial (and ONLY) contact with GAP! Elaine has kept in contact with us and we truly feel like not only grey owners but friends as well. We feel complete at ease and have no hesitation in ringing and asking Elaine anything at all. Caspar has settled in beautifully and we look forward to being able to show him off at every opportunity.
I have already passed on GREYS4PETS information to a froiend who wants to surrender their lives to a grey! I have no hesitation in recommending Elaine and GREYS4PETS as the number one place to go to if you are searching for a greyhound as a companion.

Hi, you're greyhounds at the Caboolture Fair were marvelous..what beautiful dogs they are..good luck in rehoming them in the future.

I would like to thank all our volunteers and foster carers for giving there time freely for attending the Caboolture in the Park on the 28/03/09 they need to be thanked personally - Kelle,Kerry Jenny,Heather, Jo-anne, Megan we all had a wonderful and forfulling day, also new foster carers on board and re-homing of dogs I would like to thank them again they are a wonderful team to work with

hi i love your site. i was thinking you should put some vidios on if you can. i was saying to my mum that i want a greyhound. what would we need for a greyhound? and do thay need special food or vitamens. and should i get a boy or girl?
