We stayed at Sands Beach Resort, Costa Teguise 2-16 August and had a great holiday. The villa was in what I considered the best pool area (DEL SOL) - being midway between the restaurant, snack bar and lagoon and the hotel reception/shop/Soleil bar. The villa is very comfortable for a family of four, and could easily accommodate 6. The DVD player was appreciated by our girls, and the dishwasher was a great bonus. It was fantastic to be able to walk a few yards in a morning to our sunbed and not have to take everything but the kitchen sink with you. It is so convenient to be able to pop inside for a cool off or drink or pick up something you forgot.

The villa is ideal for a family holiday and my children made some lovely friends as there were mainly families there during school holiday time. My husband even managed a couple of barbeques while we were there!

There is entertainment available during the day for young and old if you want to participate and there is usually a show in the evenings.

Stayed at the villa had a brill time the amenities are perfect. Hired a car well worth it. Everything is within easy reach. Location is superb if you are looking to spend quality time with your loved one. Thanks again for a great holiday

We stayed at Los Altos March 2008. It is a brilliant villa with plenty of space. It has fantastic views of Playa Blanca and the surrounding mountains. Villa is within walking distance of Playa Blanca but it is also very easy and cheap to get a taxi back (just say Calle A Los Altos to the taxi driver). If you fancy a boat trip try the 3 Islas or the Princess Yaiza (bookable at the port). For surfers try the Playa de Famara beach near Teguise. Takes about 45 minutes from the villa but roads are good. For markets try the one at the Marina which was there on a Wednesday and a Saturday. We would highly recommend staying in either of the two villas, we have been in both and have had a fantastic time on both occasions.

We stayed at Shangri-La Park in February. The villa is lovely, obviously very well kept. We benefitted from hiring a car on the web beforehand. Shops are well within reach by car. The complex is maily residential and very quiet so it's perfect for people trying to avoid a party atmosphere.

Shangrila 117.
My wife and I stayed at Shangrila villa for our Silver Anniversary.
A delightful property, spacious and spotless, with everything you could need. Situated on attractive, well established site.
Great views from roof terrace across to Fuerteventura.
Have already booked for January '07 and hoping to book soon for Winter 2008.

Los Altos - 2 weeks early October - fabulous weather which made relaxing in this wonderful villa a real delight. Quiet, apart from the local building noise. We were able to recharge our batteries. Highly recommended, although a car is essential.

The villa at Los Altos is fantastic, It really is very spacious and well maintained, we had a really relaxing time and the kids had great fun playing around in the pool. The views are absolutely stunning (especially if you can get up in time to see the sunrise)and there was always something to keep us busy, from camel rides to scuba diving!

Los Altos is superb. Perfect for a relaxing time, taking in the view with a glass of wine and a leisurely meal.
