Shangrila Park is a quiet complex of about 136 villas and is situated towards the lighthouse area of Playa Blanca.  There is a hotel about a 10 minute walk away where you can go for a meal or a drink and a small supermarket, a couple of bars and a couple of restaurants about a 15 minute walk away. 

Los Altos is situated about half-way up Montana Roja (red mountain) and so enjoys superb views of the village of Playa Blanca, across to the mountains of Femes and out across the ocean.  The nearest hotel is about a 10 minute walk away and here you will find a small supermarket or you can have a meal or a drink.  The main shops, bars and beaches are about a 40 minute walk downhill.

We would recommend car hire for both the villas in order to make the most of your holiday.  Car hire is cheap on the island and driving is easy as the roads are good and there is not too much traffic on them.  Cars can be picked up and dropped off at the airport which then saves you on taxi fares and you can explore the island at your leisure.

A good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are all about a 5 minute drive from both villas.  The harbour is also only a 5 minute drive away and from here you can catch a ferry over to the island of Fuerteventura.
