Do you hear their voices
Do your hearts still cry
Do you see their faces
Do you still ask why
The babies born to widows
Will they ever comprehend
How the world watched in horror
With no ability to defend
Is the world out there still shaking
Or has time now calmed the fears
With a billion hearts still breaking
Does the world still cast a tear
Will the twins be lost forever
Will ground zero be the end
We should fight hatred together
Demanding democracy never bend
Devastation gives no victory
Destruction never gives peace
Good men and women in unity
Hold the answers we must reach
