Hi my name is Shirl and I hope you enjoy browseing this site.
I live in Western Australia.
My main interests are my family, my faith and my work as an advocate for people with dementia.
The cute little fellow above is Dassey, the mascot and logo for DASNI, the Dementia Advocacy and Support Network International, a group of which I am a member, currently I am president!.
I also work with Alzheimer's Australia W,A. to try to improve the lot of people with dementia and to speak out on behalf of all that have this condition.
