Meeting with friends around the Globe

Dementia Advocacy and Support Network International, a place where people affected by dementia find information, help and support.
The group was started in 2000 by people with dementia for people with dementia and their families.
Those of us with dementia, even those who once were the hares, are now slower in movement and thinking, we are the turtles.
However as we support each other we can rise up and achieve much, we can change the way the world views dementia.
The forget-me-not flower represents our desire to be remembered for who we are and what we  can do not what we have lost.
