Our junior handlers have had quite a bit of sucess in the showring.
Jade Jamison has won numerous first placings in junior handling competition. She has won quite a few Best Overall Handler awards and has qualified for NI Junior Handler of the year.She won her J/H  1st place Diploma and qualified for Richmond Junior Handling Semi Finals ( Held at Richmond Championship Show ) numerous times and has also qualified for Crufts on a number of occasions.She was Junior Handler of the year at the Irish Boxer Dog Club Match . Her brother Reece, then aged only 7 was runner up. She handles Miniature Smooth Haired Dachshund, Miniature Long Haired Dachshund and has handled Irish Red/White Setters, Labradors and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
She has proved that she is versatile in her handling techniques and will handle any breed of dog given to her. She has only been showing for the last 4 years and is now 14 yrs old. Jade is also quite competent in all aspects of dog grooming. She can clip and scissor quite a few breeds of dog and has helped me in the grooming parlour in the past with some of my clients.

Our other junior handler is Reece Jamison aged 8yrs. He has only shown occasionally but has done extremly well. He has won quite a few first placings and was runner up Junior Handler Of The Year at the Irish Boxer Dog Club Match to his sister Jade. Reece handles Miniature Smooth Dachshunds.
Reece knows the basics of dog grooming including bathing, glands, ear plucking nail clipping and fluff drying. He shows quite a bit of promise in this area.
