For information the coaching centre is now run between 4.30 and 6pm, at Aber Universities Astro Turf, but now on a Tuesday night.
The Aberystwyth Coaching Centre is held every Thursday evening at the UCW Astroturf (University Main Campus), at 7pm. The coaching is held on an all weather surface so players must wear trainers rather than studs! The cost of each session is £2. Please remember to take a drink too.
