On Tuesday17^th February Communities First in association with Wrexham FC Development Centreare holding a special soccer camp at Penglais School Sports Hall for children aged between 7-12 years old.

 

For children 5-8 yrs oldTiny TotsSoccer School

9am-12am Cost £3

Each child will receive a trophy of attendance, an opportunity to win lots of prizes in a penalty competition, skills school stations and play in a mini Champions League. Also special awards for Skill of the Day and Player of the Day.

 

For children 9-11yrs oldSoccerSchool

1pm – 4pm Cost £3

Each child will receive a trophy of attendance, an opportunity to win lots of prizes in a penalty competition, Soccer Skills stations and play in a mini World Cup. Also special awards for Skill of the Day and Player of the Day.

 

In all sessions players are coached new skills and techniques by qualified and CRB checked coaches.

 

All money generated is to be donated to a local junior football club.

BOOK YOUR CHILD ON TO THE EXCITING FOOTBALL CAMPBEING HELD AT PLASCRUG LEISURE CENTRE. THE COURSE IS OVER AN ELEVEN WEEK PERIOD ENDING ON WEDS 1^ST APRIL.

 

• The course is for 4-6 olds between 4pm-5pm and 7-11 olds between 5pm-6pm.
• Children will be taught the basic skills of football in a fun exciting atmosphere to aid development
• The cost is £28.60 for a 11 week course
• Children will receive a medal and certificate at the end of the course

This is a new page that is aimed at highlighting opportunities for Junior Players to attend various coaching or footballing activities.

For 4-7yr olds there is the Aberystwyth Town run Seagulls Club which is held each Saturday morning at the University sports cage.

For U11 players there is a weekly coaching centre on Thursday evenings at the University Astroturf.

There are also several courses or soccer schools held each year in and around Aberystwyth. There will be schools run through Wrexham in February and April, and by Tottenham in April, next year.
