The gates to the pitches and doors to the changing / toilet facilties will be open from 0830 on Matchdays.

Parking - cars are to be parked in the designated car park and in the bus bay which is situated adjacent to the canteen - traffic cones will be in position on the road adjacent to the canteen and NO vehicles are to park in the vicinity of these cones in order that access can be gained by the emergency services. Furthermore, no vehicles are to be parked on any area of the roadway in the vicinity of the entrance and exit from Penweddig School (Emergency services access).

Football boots are not to be worn on hard surfaces - this is in accordance with Health and Safety legislation where there is a high risk of twisting or slipping by wearing this type of footwear, on hard surfaces. Football participants must wear appropriate footwear (trainers for example) when proceeding from the parked vehicle to the football ground and more importantly on there return journey to the car. Furthermore, when visiting the toilet facilities, this routine must also be observed.

Litter - litter bins will be positioned in the field - all personnel are encouraged to use this facility - before leaving the site, I would expect that a member of the committee ensures that the field and surrounding areas (from/to cars) are free from any litter.

Any injuries that requires hospital attention - then this information is to be passed to the on watch manager on site (for information only).

Supervision - it goes without saying that all participants will be well supervised during there time on the site.

Designated 'walkways' will be in position within the field in order that all personnel are kept within the agreed areas. Under no circumstances that personnel are to use other fields/pitches during your stay on the site.
