Does your cat have star quality?
If so it’s time to get snapping as we launch our 2012 Photo Competition.

We are in search of recently homed cats to star in Crawley, Reigate & District’s Branch calendar – 2013

Please provide a good quality photo in jpeg format (at least 3MB) along with your name and address; including a short piece about your cat (not forgetting their name!)

You have until 1st July 2012 to get your entries to us,

• pictures should be submitted by e-mail to photos@catsprotection.co.uk
• only digital photographs can be accepted and pictures should be at least 3MB.  Photos of poor quality cannot be considered.
• competition open to all who have adopted a cat from Cats Protection
• you must provide Crawley Reigate & District Cats Protection with your name, address and email details if you wish to enter this competition. We will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.  
• each entry must include a description
• deadline for receiving entries is 1^st July 2012. Results will be posted on the branch website. 
• if you are under 16 years of age, you must obtain your parent or guardian's permission before entering the competition. 
• the prize is the featuring in the 2013 Crawley Reigate & District Cats Protection branch calendar
• the judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• you must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently. 
• by submitting your photograph to the branch you agree to grant Crawley Reigate & District Cats Protection, free of charge, the right to publish and the right to licence others to publish the photograph online and in all media as required.
• by submitting your photograph to Crawley Reigate & District Cats Protection you agree to your name being published in relation to your photograph online and in all media
• your entry must be entirely your own original work, not defame anybody nor breach any copyright. 
• if your photograph features any recognisable person or people, written permission should be obtained for the image to be entered in the competition and to be published online and in all media as required. Written permission from each recognisable person (or their parents/guardians if under 16) should be submitted for each entry. 
• Crawley Reigate & District Cats Protection reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage.
• Crawley Reigate & District Cats Protection reserves the right to disqualify any entry which breaches any of these rules or to withhold a prize if in its opinion entries do not reach the required standard.
