Hi, We just had our home visit yesterday and everything went purrrfectly. Now we are just counting down the days to have our Florence home. Actually, she already has a new name, Sundae. Doesn’t she sound delicious? Come on, Sundae, We can’t wait to have you sleeping on our laps.

Hello CP fans! Just a reminder that a lot of cats up for adoption are very sweet and sometimes even better behaved than a brand new kitten, I train all the ones I foster and socialise them so they make purrfect pets! Look how friendly Henry is.. ahhh.. he's a sweety..

We adopted Button last August and I wanted to let you know how she was getting on. She loves her food and can make a very quick appearence from upstairs if she thinks there may be a tipbit in the offing. She alway greets me at the front door when I come home from work and her favorite place is sitting on the back of the sofa looking out of the window! Although too posh to push the cat flap open herself we have wired it up and she will now go through it. She likes to sit in the garden but is still easily spooked by outside sounds and she picks her way very gingerly through the grass. She is a demon for catching months and flys though! Although not a cuddly cat she will jump up on the sofa and stand on my lap for a quick head butt then she walks off! Fingers crossed one day she may even sit down! She also will come and wake me up in the morning with a gentle tap of her paw if she feels I have laid in too long. I could not image life without her now.

Hi, my cat just gave birth 2 days ago. All went well even though we hadn't planned on letting her have kittens. Our fault for not speying though. It's a first for her and me and I'm like an anxious granny. The kittens seem content, mum seems happy, eating and drinking well but I can't find much in the way of info on postnatal care for her. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi some sad news. Marmalade was only with us for 6 months from the rescue centre and she got ill recently. Vets discovered a large tumour in her stomach and intestines which made her jaundiced and contract blood disease. It was inoperable so we said goodbye to the little girl today at lunchtime. She was beautiful, fun, full of life and a huge edition to our household, sadly missed by all.

Dear friends. I suggest passport photos in stead of chip. And scanned or imprinted paws. I shall recommend your site to people who are looking for at cat to follow. Andrew Llloyd Webber?! All the best from Dorte Thornholm, Denmark.

Just wanted to let you know that Polly and Kipper are getting on wondefully in their new home. Polly is still a little shy but improves every day, Kipper has such a huge personality! Despite Polly's escape within first few mins of getting her home, and spending days worrying about her coming back all worked out well in the end with the help if their foster mum Jackie and wonderful advise from Liz. Here they are curled up in their bed

I adopted Simba (apricot) & Tosca (grey & white) (formally Mungo & Storm) on the 29th May 2010 and after a shy start and a nasty bout of illness (resulting in Tosca being confined to the vet for 3 days solid, 4 days after we got him) they are now perfectly healthy & settled in their new home - a far cry from the timid little boys we picked up just over 3 weeks ago! They’re literally into everything and watching them play together is heartwarming! They get on incredibly well together and you can guarantee where one goes the other will follow instantly. They have both grown loads in the short time we’ve had them and have incredibly large appetites, Simba often wolfing down his own food and moving on to Tosca’s the second he’s finished – Tosca has none of it though and quickly shows him that it’s HIS dinner and he’s the one who’s going to finish eating it – very funny & cute to watch! As soon as myself or my boyfriend get home from work/go down to see them in the morning they get so excited and literally run riot through the house and will play for hours & hours before finally wearing themselves out and settling next to/on us on the sofa for the remainder of the evening. They love their cuddles at the moment and this is something I hope will continue as they grow up.
Once again thank you for everything – the process was made very quick and easy for us by your excellent volunteers (Liz and Gill). Keep up the good work!
