I love all my cats, but as a breeder as well, it is sometimes necessary to rehome cats in order to progress my breeding programme.
This doesn't mean that it is easy to let them go, but sometimes they are not suited living in a multi-cat household.
When I retire my breeding cats I also rehome some of them because they can then have a happy retirement being an only cat or maybe 1 of only 2 or 3, with the added attention that allows, instead of being one of many here. It also means I can keep my cat numbers to a limit that enables me to give the cats I have at home the attention they deserve.
I would love to be able to keep every single one of my cats but that is just not practical or the best for the cats. I am very grateful to all the lovely people who have given my cats fantastic new homes to live out their days in contentment as much loved pets.
Charlie sired several litters of lovely kittens with his super temperament before being retired from my breeding programme.
He has gone to live in Cornwall in his retirement to be a spoilt only pet. My thanks to the Moerel's for taking on my beautiful, cuddly boy. Retired stud cats are not always the easiest to rehome and their understanding of the possible problems they may encounter and their willingness to give him a permanent forever home despite these potential problems is a credit to their love of cats.
Fearless was one of my stud cats, on retiring from his breeding duties he has gone to live in Cardiff as a much loved only pet.
Mercedez has had one litter of kittens and now been retired from my breeding programme. She has gone to be a much loved only pet in her retirement.
Fleur has had one litter of lovely kittens which can be seen on the previous litters page. She has now been retired and gone to live with a work colleague of mine and a burmese boy.
Bella has had 1 lovely litter of kittens, they can be seen on the previous litters page.
Unfortunately Bella suffered a pyometria during her last pregnancy and had to be spayed to save her from becoming dangerously ill.
She was due to be spayed after that litter anyway and already had some new slaves lined up to give her a loving pet home.
Ellie is very excited about her new friend, as she has not been able to have a cat before because of her dad's fur allergy. Fortunately it seems he can cope with the Cornish rex coat.
Fizz had 2 very nice litters of kittens, they can be seen on the previous litters page.
On retiring her from breeding she has gone to live with her new slave Rina in London and has a new best friend in the shape of a Devon Rex.

Fizz is on the right.
Fern was going to be a breeding queen, but she remained a very petite girl and I decided she wasn't big enough to have kittens. She has been rehomed to enjoy a lovely pet home as an only cat.
Libby has gone to a nice pet home, again as an only cat, which suits her much better than being in a multi-cat household.
Harry was not happy living in a multi-cat household.
He is now a much loved only pet up north near Scotch Corner.
