To secure a booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Should you have to cancel, and the cancellation is made at least 10 weeks in advance of the holiday, our policy is that we refund 60% of the deposit, less any bank and/or office expenses.
Should you re-book, the remaining 40% of the deposit will go towards the next booking. We regret that no refund will be made if a cancellation is made less than 10 weeks prior to the holiday.
If the cancellation is made within one week to the day of arrival the client is due to pay the full balance.
We have everything outlined in our booking information forms that are emailed to you when a booking is made.
