The Farm

is situated in the area of Iano Montaione, very close to San Gimignano, among the fragrant hills that overlook Volterra in the heart of the region of Tuscany.
The area is justly famous for its unique natural beauty and excellent climate. The estate covers 200 hectares of rolling hills covered with forests, juniper, sunflowers, olive trees, wild rosemary and cyprus trees.

The typical Tuscan style holiday apartments with private swimming pool and tennis court offer guests tranquility and what these days is a rare opportunity to enjoy an authentic relationship with the countryside.

The pleasant atmosphere of the farm is in keeping with its tranquil setting.


From the elevation of the large swimming pool (350 m²!) with jacuzzi, you can spend serene and unforgettable days with an amazing panoramic veiw from your sunbed.

The trails adjacent to the farm are fantastic also for hiking or biking as well as riding. Golf, fishing, and quad bike escursions are available nearby, and there is a private tennis court and volleyball court available for guests usage.

Guests stay in Tuscan style appartments which have been recently refurbished. They provide a luxurious and private sanctuary far from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The appartments are strategically nestled among the oaks or perched among the junipers on the hillsides well spaced from one another.

Meals are taken with your hosts in Iano (walking distance) where the atmosphere is informal, relaxed and friendly (all eating at a typically Tuscan long table).
We provide breakfast supplies so you can make breakfast in your own appartment kitchens at your leasure.

Rooms are have been designed in modern Tuscan fashion, and are classically simple and elegant.

The horses graze freely throughout the farms open fields. Guests can enjoy the peace and tranquility of horses at liberty during their stay here.
