Our Villa is located in the Crescent Lakes area of Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida. This community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. Crescent Lakes is situated some 10 miles from Walt Disney World off the Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida. This community offers very good facilities for families, such as basket ball/volley ball courts, children's play areas purpose built BBQ areas, lakes for fishing, etc.
There are numerous ways of enjoying the Florida sun with all the attractions of the world's most magical vacation areas within a convenient drive. The charm of Walt Disney World Florida, and the cultural and culinary delights of Epcot Center. The wonders of the cinematic world, at Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park, or Universal Studios Orlando and the fascinations of the deep at Sea World.
For the sun worshippers there is always the sandy beaches with warm waters of the Gulf and the Atlantic. There are a variety of restaurants, shopping precincts and nightlife.
A short drive will take you to one of many of Florida's fantastic golf courses, lakes for fishing and boating, parks and picnic locations in and around the area to name but a few.
Our privately owned home is fully licensed and insured for short term rentals, the property is managed and maintained by a local property management company so if you have any problems or requests all you have to do is ask.
There is a Wal-Mart located at the junction of the 535 and 192 within 10 minutes of the villa, so you can stock up on produce for your holiday.
