(Click here to read job description in Danish)

SimpleSite has a turnover of more than €6 million and has an annual growth rate of 40%. SimpleSite is a global SaaS company (Software as a Service) and offers one of the simplest solutions in the world for customers who want to design and maintain their own website.

We are looking for the right person to expand our growth team.

The growth team works closely together with management, with the aim of constantly developing the business. The ambition is to increase growth from 40% to 80% over the next year. The way to do this is by implementing a large amount of improvements, both small-scale and large-scale, and to precisely gauge what is successful, keeping the good ideas on board and dumping the bad ones. Our success with this growth creation model has been dramatic and we are therefore now expanding the growth team.

You could be the right person to be the new member of the team if you:

  • have technological flair
  • have a head for business
  • can see the bigger picture and are interested in understanding behaviours. You may have an interest in psychology, anthropology, behavioural economics, neuromarketing, growth hacking or equivalent fields

About the job

As part of the growth team, you will be involved in having ideas for experiments and testing the commercial strength of those ideas, both independently and in collaboration with our other developers. You will have a highly practical role and will gauge effect, communicate results and be involved in the further development of a culture of improvements and validation.

About you

  • You are an analytical thinker, on good terms with Excel and have a head for figures, statistics and quantitative methods
  • It is your nature to get things done and achieve results
  • You have a developmental background and you have strengths in one or more disciplines, such as SQL, architecture, data science, modelling, UX or statistics
  • You have a relevant IT qualification or years of experience in developmental projects
  • Experience with .NET, modern web interfaces and SQL would be an advantage, but are not a requirement
