SimpleSite is a global website service, which exists in more than 20 markets besides Denmark, and has more
than 80,000 paying customers. Our Finnish supporter has decided to leave us and we are therefore looking
for a person, who has a passion for good customer service and wants to be a part of a constantly growing
Our customer service today consists of a team of 20 dedicated extern supporters and a team leader. Besides
providing excellent service for our customers, you will as a part of our supporter team be working on
developing the know-how which exists in our customer service, so that all the supporters in the team through
knowledge sharing develops solid experience and a high level of customer service.
All communication with our customers is email based. Excellent skills in writing are therefore essential. We
prefer to answer our customers in their native language. Therefore, it is important that you are fluent in
Salary according to agreement.
