THE COMPANY AND THE OPPORTUNITY

SimpleSite is a global website service, which exists in more than 20 markets besides Denmark, and has more than 80,000 paying customers. Our Polish supporter has decided to look for new challenges and we are therefore looking for someone, who has a passion for good customer service and wants to be a part of a constantly growing company.

Our customer service today consists of a team of 20 dedicated extern supporters and a team leader. Besides providing excellent service for our customers, you will as a part of our supporter team be working on developing the know-how which exists in our customer service, so that all the supporters in the team through knowledge sharing develops solid experience and a high level of customer service.

All communication with our customers is email based. Excellent skills in writing are therefore essential. We prefer to answer our customers in their native language. Therefore, it is important that you are fluent in Turkish.

THE JOB

  • You will daily be answering emails from our customers and be helping them with their inquiries.
  • Expected working hours will be 2-4 hours weekly. It is a flexible job, which can be done from home on whatever time that suits you.
  • The job is web based and therefore just requires Internet access.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are fluent in Turkish – both oral and in writing.
  • You speak and understand English – both oral and in writing.
  • Furthermore it is an advantage if you know basic Danish.
  • You are dedicated, responsible and flexible.
  • You are excellent at communicating in writing and explaining complicated matters simply and understandable.
  • Your work is characterized by high professional quality.
  • You are a focused and optimistic person, who contributes to the positive mood of the team.
  • You are good at putting yourself in the customer’s place and using this to find the right solution.
  • You have solid experience in the use of computers and are able to understand and familiarize yourself with new systems easily.
  • You are strongly service minded.
