 CJ adds ANOTHER title! Rally Excellent!
On Memorial Day Weekend 2009, CJ picked up another TITLE! In 3 straight shows at the Corn Belt Kennel Club Cluster held in Bloomington, IL he was awarded his Rally Excellent Title! He is such a GOOD boy!

SPRING OF 2009!
On Sunday, April 26, 2009 CJ picked up his AKC Companion Dog (CD) Title and also went HIT! (High in Trial - Higest Scoring Dog in the Obedience Trial) He attained the CD title in three (3) straight shows with scores of 196.5, 190.5 and 196.5! This qualified him for the Front & Finish FFX-OG Award!
Summer of 2008
CJ concentrated on field training this past Summer and picked up 3 UKC "Started Hunting Retriever" passes! One more pass and the title will be his!
Another Title for CJ!
In 3 straight shows and taking FIRST PLACE each time, CJ earned his "Rally Advanced" Title! On August 4/5, 2007 CJ earned the first two "legs" in LaCrosse, WI at the Coulee Kennel Club Dog Shows and on September 8, 2007 at the Des Moines Iowa Golden Retriever Specialty Show, he picked up the final "leg" for the title!
CJ is now an RN!
"CJ" earns his first performance title! Yes, he did! In three straight shows with three placements, CJ earned his AKC Rally Novice title! He is now known as CH Arista Everlore HLoMLu GoodByHeart RN CGC BOSS!!
His first "leg" came on 3-31-07 at the Capital Canine Training Center Club's Obedience/Rally Trial under Judge Anna Lorenz. CJ took 1st place with a score of 100!
His second "leg" came on 4-1-07 at the Decatur Training Club's Obedience/Rally Trial under Judge Sharon Hogden-Wood with a score of 99 and a 2nd place!
His third and title "leg" came on 5-12-07 at the Scott County Kennel Club's Dog Show under Judge Philip Rustad with a score of 98 and a 3rd place! It was by far CJ's best performance to date!
CJ EARNS A "CANINE GOOD CITIZEN" CERTIFICATE!

because on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, he earned the American Kennel Club Certificate Award entitled "Canine Good Citizen." The "CGC" is a certification program that is designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. The Canine Good Citizen Program is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test are entitled to receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club. This is CJ's first step towards adding many titles to the END of his name!

NEW CHAMPION AT GOODHEART!!
On Sunday, October 8, 2006 at the Cornhusker Kennel Club's All Breed Show in Lincoln, Nebraska under Judge Eugene Blake...."CJ" went Winner's Dog/Best of Winners! This gave CJ the final point he needed towards his Championship!

CJ WINS HIS 2ND MAJOR!
On Sunday, September 10, 2006 at the Des Moines Kennel Club, Inc. show under Judge Judy Webb, "CJ" won a large Open Dog Class and went on to take the 3 point Major! This was CJ's first weekend out with Kristi Falkenthal and what a GREAT weekend it was! CJ was groomed to perfection by Kristi's mom, Deb Oster! This brings CJ to 14 points! ONLY ONE MORE POINT TO GO!!

CJ WINS AGAIN!
On August 14th, under Judge Eugene Blake, CJ went Winners Dog/Best of Winners!! This was at the Kennel Club of Freeborn MN shows, held in Albert Lea, MN. He was handled by his breeder/co-owner, Steve Davidson. This now gives him 11 points/1 Major!

CJ GOES WD/BOW/BOS!!
On August 13th, under Judge Jon Cole, CJ went Winners Dog/Best of Winners and Best Opposite Sex!! This was at the Kennel Club of Freeborn MN shows, held in Albert Lea, MN. He was handled by his breeder/co-owner, Steve Davidson. This now gives him 10 points/1 Major!

Summer of 2005.....
During the Summer of 2005...CJ took things "easy" swimming, playing and just being a "dog." He went to a few shows and picked up several nice "placements" along with 3 Reserve Winner's Dog ribbons! HOWEVER, the "BEST" news was received on July 18, 2005!
On that date, CJ received his OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, Inc) hip and elbow evaluation report! His elbows were graded as NORMAL and his hips were graded as GOOD!!! Since then CJ has received his Thyroid clearance (3/06) and his eyes have been re-cerfed (cataract free) 5/06)!

On Saturday, April 23, 2005, at the Mason City Kennel Club Dog Show held in Mason, City, IA, CJ (Arista Everlore HLoMLu GoodByHeart BOSS, maj ptd) picked up 2 more points under Judge Dr. J. Donald Jones!! CJ was proficiently handled by his breeder/co-owner, Steven J Davidson!!

On Sunday, February 20, 2005, at the Keomah Kennel Club Dog Show held in Des Moines, IA., Arista Everlore HLoMLu GoodByHeart "CJ", took his first MAJOR (4 points) under Judge Dana Cline!! CJ was handled by his breeder/co-owner, Steven J Davidson!! What a weekend!!!!!! CJ now has 7 points/1 Major ...and he is only 22 months old!!!!

On Saturday, February 5, 2005 at the St. Joseph Kennel Club's All Breed Show held in St. Joseph, MO, "CJ " (Arista Everlore HLoMLu GoodByHeart) went Winner's Dog under judge Michael Dachel and picked up 2 more points!! CJ was handled by his breeder, Steven J. Davidson.

CJ IS NOW A National Junghund Championat!
The weekend of October 30, 2004 was a GOOD weekend! CJ & I traveled to Grey Summit, MO., and participated in our first IABCA dog shows. The IABCA is a "German" dog registry that is becoming quite popular in the US. Four shows are sometimes held in two days and while the dogs compete against each other in the Groups and Best In Show, multiple dogs are afforded the opportunity to achieve class titles in just one weekend! Dogs need to obtain 3- V1 ratings (puppies 3-SG1 ratings) from 3 “different” judges to achieve the various titles. The judges must be from 2 different registries (i.e., AKC, Canadian, International). What is really neat is that all the judges give you a “written critique” of your dog!
On Saturday, October 30, 2004, CJ took Best Puppy and then went on to take a Sporting Group 2 from the first show! On Sunday, he finished his title… National Junghund Championat or JHA!

After taking the summer off....CJ went back into the ring with a BANG! On Sepetember 3, 2004 at the Des Moines Golden Retriever Club's Specialty Show, CJ went BEST OF OPPOSITE SEX IN SWEEPS under Judge Daneil L. Robinson!

On Saturday, May 22, 2004 at the Corn Belt Kennel Club Dog Show held in Bloomington, IL., CJ took RWD from the 12 to 18 month class! This was under Judge Patricia Leekey Brenner and with me handling!! For a newbie....this was a thrill!

On November 16, 2003, at his second show, also in Council Bluffs, IA, CJ stole the show! Or at least the Golden Retriever Ring! This time under Judge Eugene Blake and handled by Jeff Van Engelenhoven, CJ went Winner's Dog for his 1st point! But it got BETTER! CJ went on to take Best of Opposite Sex handled by his breeder, Steve Davidson (Arista Golden Retrievers).

What a Beginning!
He was just 6 months of age and it was his very first show! On November 15, 2003, CJ took Reserve Winners Dog at the Council Bluffs Kennel Club Dog Show held in Council Bluffs, Iowa. CJ was handled by a very, very proud Grandma Pat Quinn (Everlore Golden Retrievers).
