Before a commitment for stud services to outside bitches is made, I ask that you please review my policies below.           

STUD SERVICE POLICIES

All proposed bitches must meet the following criteria:  

• Must be in good physical condition;
• Must be free of fleas and ticks;
• Must be bathed and groomed prior to arrival; 
• Must have a stable temperament; 
• Must have no disqualifying faults as set forth in the GRCA Breed Standard;
• Any bitch five years of age or older must have a current T4 thyroid test;

Prior to the arrival of the Bitch for breeding, the following must be provided:

• A five (5) generation pedigree;
• Copy of OFA hip clearance;
• Copy of OFA elbow clearance
• Eye report dated within the past 12 months (from a board-certified   ophthalmologist);
• SAS clearance (from a board certified cardiologist);
• Negative fecal;
• A written record of current vaccinations;  (Titres will be accepted except for rabies vaccination);
• A veterinary certificate of a negative Brucellosis screening dated no more than 30 days before the breeding;
• A clear vaginal culture dated no more than 30 days before the breeding;
• Recent photograph or video tape of the bitch.
