I knew it all the time!

Ever since Chloe first became part of my family I have been questioned and questioned about her being a lab. I always told everyone that she was 100% lab even though she just had too much hair and looked like a Golden. However, if those questioning her would look past Chloe's "fluff" they would see her bone structure and conformation and come to the conclusion that she is a Labrador Retriever, which she is and always has been!

In anticipation of attending the Labrador Specialty this year I had Chloe's DNA done on a whim.  I knew that she was a Lab, but others were non-believers.

Several heads turned and people whispered behind their hands to each other at the Specialty, but Chloe and I had a bouncing good time running at our first National. Those that muttered under their breath just don't know that what they are missing out on by not having a fluffy lab in their family and life! <g>
