About Us
We are a group of people who have banded together to help the many unwanted animals in our lovely part of the country .
Over 60,000 dogs and cats are unnecessarily killed each year in this, the "lucky country" due to over
breeding by backyard breeders out to make a quick $$, with little regard of where their cute little puppies end up and people who are unwilling to desex their dogs and cats, thinking that their offspring will find good homes. They dont. Many of these animals end up in overcrowded pounds, and many will make that final trip alone, unwanted, afraid, and unloved.
We can't save them all, but we can save some.
SHELTER LOOKOUT
WE WILL SOON BE IN A POSITION TO START LOOKING FOR SOME LAND TO BUILD OUR RESCUE SHELTER.
IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A CHEAP 100 ACRES, NOT MORE THEN 30 KLM FROM GRAFTON, PLEASE LET US KNOW.
THIS WILL ALLOW US TO SAVE MANY MORE ANIMALS, AS WE ARE HAVING TO TURN MANY AWAY AT THE MOMENT.
WE PLAN TO HAVE LARGE PADDOCK RUNS FOR THE DOGS, WITH SOME KENNELS FOR SHORT STAY DOGS.
MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KEEN TO HELP OUT WITH DOG WALKING ETC, AND WE THANK THOSE WHO HAVE OFFERED.
