We are lucky to live in a lovely Victorian farmhouse - built in 1866 it is set in around 1 acre and has wonderful views of the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside.
We are situated just outside the pretty village of Sutton St James and we have a small riverbank just opposite the house - perfect for dog walks.
There is an abundance of wildlife on our door step - we regularly watch hares, barn owls, falcons and herons from our windows and have even spotted a kingfisher on the river bank.
We have no near neighbours - our nearest are Ruth and Rachel Reddin who own, breed and show the Bragantia and Rarjo Portuguese Water Dogs - their land adjoins our paddock and we regularly compare showing notes and admire new pups etc.
here are just a few photos of our home , click on the pictures to enlarge - we hope you enoy them !
