Puppy is sold on a limited/Full AKC registration.

Puppy will not be delivered, nor shipped until payment in full.

No other warranties or guarantee, expressed or implied are made under this contract except those stated as follows:

Breeder/seller and buyer certify by signing this bill of sale that this dog is not to be sold for resale.

Breeder’s dogs are sold as companion quality and will guarantee a healthy companion pet. Breeder will not guarantee fitness for showing.

Breeder does not guarantee adult size, color, coat, bite, fertility or temperment.

All dogs must be put on a vet care program beginning 3 days of receipt of the dog. Program includes but not limited to annual exams, vaccinations, deworming, and flea and tick prevention regime (depending on area of country).

This breeder will replace this puppy if it dies during the first two years of life due to genetic defects (juvenile cateracts, chrondrodysplacia, platellar lucation and hip displasia). If the above conditions are met. No cash refund is given, replacement of puppy only. Breeder guarantees a healthy puppy upon arrival. If puppy is sick upon arrival or up to 7 days after arrival, and buyers vet and breeders vet agree its was an illness contracted at breeders facility and the puppy has to be uthenized, breeder will replace that puppy.

Buyer must consult with breeder within 24 hours of any detection of a fatal defect. The breeder’s vet will interpret the report and if breeder’s vet agrees with the report, puppy shall be replaced with another companion puppy.

Seller will not pay transportation cost for return or replacement of the puppy. Under no circumstances is seller to be held responsible for medical services not authorized in writing by the seller.

If a genetic defect is serious enough for the puppy to be put down, buyer must have an autopsy performed by the a certified vet within 24 hours of death.

There are some disorders that may develop as a result of the environment in which the dog is kept, including but not limited to allergies, ringworm, mange, fleas, ticks, heartworm, autoimmune disorders, and thyroid function and are not covered under guarantee.

If puppy has an umbilical hernia or a inguinal hernia that is detected by a vet it will be fixed before the puppy is shipped. This does not effect a pet animal in anyway. Dogs require care just like a child. Before buying a puppy please make sure you understand that dogs do get sick and require vet care.

To the best of my knowledge this purebred dog is in good, healthy condition.

Shot and de worming records will be provided with puppy along with AKC registration and recommendations on care.

It is mutually understood and agreed that any litigation regarding this sale shall be brought about in the County and State where the sale originated.

This contract is in effect as soon as breeder receives the deposit for the puppy.
