DEPOSIT:
A DEPOSIT OF AT LEAST $100 OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PUPPY IS REQUIRED TO HOLD ANY PUPPY. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. THIS DEPOSIT ENTITLES THE BUYER TO SOLE CUSTODY OF THE INTENDED DOG WHEN THE FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE. BUYER WILL THEN RECEIVE ALL REGISTRY PAPERS AND SHOT/MEDICAL RECORD AND PUPPY/DOG. IF FOR ANY REASON BUYER DECIDES NOT TO FINISH PURCHASE OF PUPPY/DOG, ALL MONIES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED.

- Seller guarantees that the above described dog is a purebred and is able to be registered with AKC
- Buyer agrees to maintain the dog in good health at all times with periodic health checks by a licensed veterinarian. Also all immunizations are to be kept up to date at Buyer's expense.

- The proper upbringing of the puppy Are the responsibility of the Buyer. Under no circumstances is the Seller to be held responsible for the dog's behavior.
- No guarantee is made as to ability to breed, show quality, size, coat quality, or temperament

-Seller will have a full health examination done by a licensed veterinarian on all puppies before leaving the premises.

- Seller will guarantee puppies for 2 years against only life threatening genetic defects and only with a written statement from a licensed veterinarian, the puppy will be replaced with another puppy of equal value as soon as one becomes available.
-If at any time the Purchaser can no longer care for the puppy,
Purchaser agrees to contact Seller for help finding new home.
- Under no circumstances is this puppy to be sold, leased, or given
away to a Pet Store, Laboratory, Research Facility, or Animal
Shelter.
- Upon pickup of puppy, Purchaser has 72 hours to have puppy examined
by a licensed Veterinarian. Purchaser will receive a replacement
puppy of equal or greater value from our next available litter if this
puppy has any congenital defects which result (or may result) in
death or in its having to be euthanized within one year of this sale.
-If you neglect to take your puppy to a veterinarian for this examination, or to complete any necessary vaccinations, you will accept immediate and full responsibility for its health and this contract becomes null and void.
- Seller will not be responsible for any Veterinarian costs prior to
the return of the puppy.
- No cash refunds
- A diagnosis of coccidiosis, guardia, parasites, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy
-Your guarantee does not cover the above mentioned conditions or non life-threatening or temporary disorders, such as: hypoglycemia, uneven bites, undescended testicles, cherry eyes, inguinal or umbilical hernias, or patellar dislocations.

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT ALL TERMS ARE UNDERSTOOD AND BINDING TO BOTH PARTIES.
