A short movie highlighting the dangers of mining in the Gloucester-Stroud Valley from Gloucester Coal/Duralie Coal now owned by Yancoal China!

Gloucester Coal/Duralie Coal impact on Mammy Johnsons River, Karuah River to Port Stephens/Marine Park, from their dirty water discharge using Coalshaft Creek and Unnamed Creek, that flow directly into Mammy Johnsons River.

This impact is NOT naturally occuring, and only happened when the coalmine started exploration drilling around the Unnamed Creek running all the deep ground water around the coal seam into the creek making the creek then run an orange thick pumpkin soup consistency and Colour.

Acid Mine Drainage continues to leach into this creek system which flows directly to Mammy Johnsopns River, Karuah River to Port Stephens.

They have done nothing in modern technology to stop discharge from occurring, as they have been fully approved and authorised from both Planning Dept. (Dept. Planning and Investment) and L & E Court.
