In 'Keighley Past and Present' 1858 they say Jonas Tonson's 'Lower Free School' or 'Usher School' was first built at Exleyhead where later parish workhouse was.

I have seen a picture of a rocking horse in the Infants playground taken many years ago.

It was part of a collection of activities.
