Hi my name is Gina Hardy and I was born and raised in Norfolk UK. I live with my partner, Peter, in Wymondham, a beautiful market town 8 miles West of Norwich. When I was growing up I had a variety of dogs from German Shepherd, Smooth Dachshund, Border Collie and various crossbreeds plus numerous other animals. I have always been passionate about animals and after leaving home I couldn't wait to get "my own dog". Eventually I found my 1st and very special dog in the shape of "Bossy" an English Bull Terrier. She was the funniest, kindest, cuddliest and most loyal dog you could wish to meet and I miss her to this day. She was by Jobrulu Harris Tweed out of a Harpers/Lenster bitch, white with a brindle eye patch and the typical bully sense of humour. My mum's comment when she first met Bossy was "God, she is ugly!" but before long even Mum was under her spell. I was talked into showing Bossy and did so with varying degrees of success. Bossy lived to 12 yrs old but and even now when I spot a bully it still brings a lump to my throat and I can't resist asking if I could have a cuddle. During the time I had Bossy I had boarding kennels and met many different breeds, which gave me an insight into what I might like next. One of them was Wilfred, a miniature wirehaired dachshund. And so began my love affair with mini wires.
