It started with Winnie (Diamond Damsel of Kushwin) she would never have made a show dog but she more than made up for it with character. Bold, intelligent and enthusiastic with the best body clock of any dog I've met. I soon realised that Winnie needed a companion so along came Kushti (Verrami Storm Warning at Molloney). Affectionately known as Cuddly Kush. After a while I decided to mate Winnie so she was introduced to Molloney Lord Knows Why. Winnie took to motherhood like a duck to water and proudly showed of her little brood of two bitches to anyone who showed an interest. She and the pups were housed upstairs to give them some privacy but when guests arrived Winnie would bark and run back and forth between the pups and the stairgate until the visitor was taken up to see Winnie posing in the whelping box with a very smug look.
That mating produced Donut (Kushwin Aphrodite) Donut, gentle and playful.Puzzle, Donuts daughter. A pretty, gentle and happy little girl who "smiles".Wilma, Dollars daughter. A beautiful little bitch with many admirers. Gryff, Cheeky and very handsome with a fantastic temperament and a very loud voice!!Nemo Dk Brindle dog. Puzzles son. A very bright and loving little chap. All are lovely little people with very individual characters. They give us so much pleasure and enjoy nothing more than just being with us whatever we are doing. As with most dachshunds they are active, intelligent and loyal with a surprisingly loud bark.
Thank you Grace. I think so too ;o)
Wilma is beautiful!
