De Limburger Kangaroos zijn altijd op zoek naar nieuwe leden voor onze Raad van Elf. Of je kunt steunend lid worden (kosten $35 per echtpaar), hiermee krijgt u korting op de entree van onze feestavonden en op het einde van het jaar een barbeque voor de leden. Bent u geïnteresseerd, stuur ons dan een e-mail, of neem telefonisch contact op met een van onze leden.
The Limburger Kangaroos are always looking for new members to join the happy team of the raad/council. Or maybe you are just interested in becoming a social member ($35 a couple, pensioners couple
$30) in return you will receive discounts at our balls and a Xmas bbq for all member. If you are interested send us an email or phone one of the members of the raad / council. You don't have to be a member or Dutch to come to our events. All Aussies or other nationalities are more than welcome too.

Grootvorst Tom Schroeders
Grootvorst Tom is al sinds 1982 lid van de Limburger Kangaroos. Samen met zijn vrouw Annie (ceremoniemeester), heeft hij door de jaren heen veel gedaan voor onze carnavalsclub, zodat deze nog jaren lang kan doorgaan voor de volgende generatie. In 1986 en 1987 was Tom prins. Ik vernam van Tom dat in die tijd moest je eerst lid zijn van de club en dan kon je op de wachtlijst om bij de Raad te kunnen. Tom had 4 jaar gewacht voordat er een plekje vrij kwam in de Raad van Elf.
Hardstikke bedankt voor je goede inzet voor onze club. We hopen nog jaren van jullie gezelschap te mogen genieten.
Unfortunately Tom passed away in September 2011, he will be missed, as he was a member of the club for 23 years
Grootvorst Tom has been a member of the Limburger Kangaroos since 1982. Together with his wife Annie he has done a lot of work for our carnivalsclub, to keep it going for the next generation. Tom has also been a Prince for two years in 1986 and 1987. Tom told me that in those days you had to become a social member first to be on the waiting list to join the Council (Raad of Eleven). He was on the waiting list for four years before he could finally join the Council!!!
Thank you Tom and Annie for your dedication to the club, hope we will share many more nice times together.

Vorst Jo Lammeretz
Onze vorst Jo is al het langste bij onze club. In 1975 werd hij lid. Hij is zelf ook Prins geweest in 1997 en 1998 en heeft al aardig wat carnavalsjaren achter de rug en ongetwijfeld heel wat meegemaakt met sommige feestjes.
Jo bedankt voor alles wat je door de jaren heen gedaan hebt voor de club.
Unfortunately Jo passed away in July 2011, he will be missed, Jo was with the club for 34 years,
Vorst Jo has been with our club the longest. He joined the Limburger Kangaroos in 1975 and has been a Prince in 1997 and 1998. He has enjoyed a lot of great parties over the years and surely witnessed a lot of fun times.
Thank you Jo for your dedication, may there be many more years to come.
Jo Has had many of his family involved in the club, from dancing girls, members and princes. his family have a lot of history with the club over the time Jo has been in the club Unfortunately Jo passed away in July 2011, he will be missed, Jo was with the club for 34 years,
