I AM GOING TO STANFORD!!!!
I just got back from the 18th Maccabiah where we (Team USA) took second to the Israeli National Team. It was an incredible experience starting with the pre-camp at a kibbutz and tour of Israel and ending with a trip to Cairo before I headed home. The video of the competition did not work out, but I have started posting pictures of the trip to the left. Continue to check back as I am adding pictures as I get them sorted.
I finished the JO season on a high note--At Nationals on Friday May 15th in Puyallup Washington I took 8th All Around with a 37.375 and tied for 6th on Vault with a 9.650. Video clips are available on the menu to the left (beam available only on YouTube) and on YouTube search: lucymeyer10
I am really excited that I am going to NATIONALS! On Saturday April 25th I competed at the Region IV Championships. I was 4th All Around with 37.425, I tied for 1st on Vault with 9.650, I was 3rd on Floor with 9.575, and 4th on Bars with 9.275.

On Sunday night April 5th the level 10 Minnesota State Meet was held. I am thrilled that I took FIRST PLACE in the All Around with a 37.575. I took first on vault 9.650, 4th on bars 9.125, 4th on beam 9.4, and 4th on floor 9.4. Video clips are available here on the menu to the left and on YouTube. (green leos) Search lucymeyer10.

Competed at the Rising Stars Invitational (Saturday March 21st): Took 1st on Beam, 1st on Bars, 2nd on Vault, 4th on Floor, and 1st All Around. Video clips are now available on You Tube! search: lucymeyer10 and/or Lucy Meyer.
On December 7th I competed at the 2009 Maccabiah Gymnastics Team Trials in Norman, Oklahoma. At the Trials, I qualified as one of the 6 Senior Women to compete for the United States at the World Maccabiah Games July 13th through 23rd, 2009 in Tel Aviv, Israel.
I am really excited that I made the team and am honored to compete for the USA.
