We have a North Island Tour proposed for the Country Premier Team with games against two Heartland Teams – Wairarapa Bush on 8th August and Horowhenua Kapiti on 11th August 2009.
Games have also been secured against North Otago Heartland and Southland B; along with the traditional games against Southland Country and Canterbury Country for the triangular trophy (Lancaster Park Hotel Trophy).
