McFadden Heating and Cooling was founded by Tim's father Walter Jr 1961. Tim would join the family business in 1977 and become fully licenced in all disciplines of heating and cooling products, sales, service and installations. When Walter passed away suddenly in 1991, Tim became responsible for the family business as owner operator. In 1993 Tim moved the company to a Dresden Main Street location, next to the CIBC. "We needed the extra space for sheet metal work as well as a showroom for product display" notes owner Tim McFadden". Today the team of four technicians serve a wide customer base with skill, modern equipment and superior products such as Lennox heating and cooling systems.
