PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAMS for NURSERIES and PLAYGROUPS

MUMMY AND ME runs classes entitled DANCE WITH ME that are specifically designed with EYFS in mind.  We are happy to come teach sessions at your nursery.  Your classes will be led by a certified dance teacher with knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
We offer two types of pre-school programs.  You can choose the focus that would best fit your nursery.

Dance and Activity: Part of a Healthy Lifestyle
In these classes the emphasis is on movement and fun, with lots of singing, actions and energetic dance.  A variety of music and props are used to encourage a range of movement.  Tips on healthy eating and exercise can be incorporated into the fun.  Either 'Salsa Kids' or 'Creative Dance' work with this focus.  (Please see the Class Descriptions page to read details of these classes).  We have many prepared themes such as 'Spring Garden' and 'Under the Sea' but can also create bespoke themes to provide a cross-curricular lesson that reinforces learning being done in other areas.

Creative Yoga: Yoga and Drama for  Young Children
Basic Yoga poses and principles and Drama are integrated to create a class that allows children to build strength, flexibility and to embrace the art of stillness.  We use relaxing music and stories to inspire our performances.

Schedule
Students benefit most from regular sessions.  You can book MUMMY AND ME to come teach a 1/2 hour session once a week, once a fortnight, or once a month.
Alternatively, if you are planning a themed week, we could teach a 1/2 hour session every day that week to help celebrate the theme.

Cost
The cost of our sessions vary depending on the  regularity and frequency of the classes booked, and on whether you use an existing theme or require a custom theme.
Examples:
£220 per term: 1/2 hour class once a week for 10 weeks, using an existing theme.
£30 per class: single class with a custom theme.
