If your subscription is not renewed, your website will be offline. We save all content for 3 months. During these 3 months, you can still login to your website and renew your PRO subscription at any time. If the subscription is not renewed within 3 months your website will be permanently deleted . Please note that deleted and expired websites are not the same, and that once a website is deleted, it can no longer be recovered.

2) Log in to your site and click “Stop subscription and delete”. This will delete all of the content on your site permanently and cancel further subscription renewals.

If you were recently charged automatically via our Payment Service and you do not wish to renew your subscription, contact customer service within 14 days of the subscription renewal to receive a refund and have your website deleted.

You can log in and check the status of your PRO subscription anytime. You can also see how many days you have left. We recommend you renew your PRO subscription at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
