Sep 2009 Philip has almost got his motorbike licence but not quite yet. In the meantime he has a temporary licence which allows him to drive in circles at 5 mph in the parking lot of Bates Motel where he lives. No helmut required. Youtube estimate that this clip will have a million views (in almost the same number of years!)
