This villa is a 2 bedroomed detached property which sleeps up to 4 people and comprises of a lounge with tv/video and radio/cd player, a dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and iron and board, main bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, second bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe and bathroom with bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and wash basin. An outhouse is located at the rear of the property where there is an automatic washing machine. Outside is a patio area with table and chairs and steps leading up to a large roof terrace where you have lovely views over to Fuerteventura.
There is a communal swimming pool and tennis court on the complex.

We now have another villa for holiday rental. This villa is quite different to the other two and is on a 4 star tourist complex at The Sands Beach Villas in Costa Teguise.
This villa is a one bed terrace property and can sleep up to 6 people. The villa comprises of:
* Bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobes
* Lounge with bed settee, pull-down double bed, chair, dining table and chair and TV
* Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster
* Bathroom with bath (shower over), bidet, toilet and two wash basins
* Patio area with table and chairs
The complex has six plaza's each with there own swimming pool and toddlers pool. There is a restaurant and a pool side bar by another swimming pool. You will find a supermarket, bar, gym, games room, internet access and private beach all on site.
There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and beaches all within a few minutes walk of the complex and ample parking should you wish to rent a car.
