RAAF ASSOC. NSW DIVISION MEMBERSHIP

Membership to the RAAF Association NSW Division is invited from any person who has served in any of Her Majesty's Air Forces,or an Allied Air Force for six months, wives and children of members,widows of deceased members,peacetime airmen and airwomen,including Reservists, adult and junior members (between the ages of 8 and 18 years) of the Australian Air League,the Air Training Corps and similar organisations having an interest in aviation.

A lapel badge displaying the RAAF Assoc.Crest ( shown above) is issued with membership which proudly identifies the wearer as 'AIR FORCE.'
With close to forty branches statewide (who organise their own functions to commemorate various historic dates) the NSW Division Headquarters seeks their support in organising major functions to commemorate the Battle of Britain,the RAAF Birthday celebration, Anzac Day and other notable occasions.

Above all the great thing about the association is the friendship one makes and the people one meets at branch level.In addition the NSW Division offices provide a comprehensive Welfare service which advises veterans on their entitlements under the Veteran's Entitlement Act and represents them before the various tribunals who make the decision on these matters.
All these services are completely without charge.

Membership fees vary from $30.00 per annum for ordinary membership up to $42.00 per annum which includes Wings Magazine - a RAAF glossy magazine, full of great tales,exploits and history - posted to you.
