I got the name of your kennel from the kbdcoa site. I am getting over the loss of Komet my Akita, and have been looking at other spitz type dogs for the first time in a long time. I am happy to have come across KBD's. Your KBD's are absolutely beautiful. They are magnificent dogs with great spirit and attitude. You have a terrific site which is a great source of support for the breed.

What beautiful dogs! I recently became better acquainted with KBDs and am hoping to become a proud owner sometime in the next few years - after settling down somewhat more. Ilo is such a gorgeous boy! We have four dogs right now, so unfortunately I can't get a KBD (My favourite breed), for another few years but I'll be watching your page!

Hey guys! I have had my dog, Bell (because she has a white upside down bell on her chest)for about 10 years now, and I've only just found out that a significant part of her is of Karelian decent today! She is a bit smaller..about 15 inches and does not have as long a hair as true karelians. Maybe she is a bit Collie?? I still do not know the other half yet, but I hope to find out soon!
