Love the new look to your site and great pictures on it! Seeing your tribute to Tahti touched my heart. We still feel a deep loss and miss her every day. She was the happiest dog I ever knew. Always smiling, running, dancing on her hind legs, plowing through snow piles, whirling away looking for Suuri to chase her. Although he enjoys KoKo and Libby, they are not the match for him that Tahti was. She understood his games and could keep up with him running, hunting (squirrels, muskrats, possums, skunks, and anything else foolish enough to move on their turf) or in play. We were blessed by her life and continue to love her in memory.

Hei!
Terveisiä suomesta.
You have good looking dogs. Have you ever seen beardogs in work? It is very brave but little bit difficult to handle. Like drunken Finn. ;)
Good luck with your dogs!

Daddy Ilo. Just wanted to let you know that after 3 long and somewhat stressful days, I have finally made it home to my new family. My new "human" brother & sisters are really happy that I am finally home. They are always playing with me. I am really liking being outside with my new "doggie" sisters. They are being really good at showing me the ropes around this new place. My new mommy has changed my name from Vaino to Koda. If Grandma Anna says it's ok my reg. name will be Grawpaws Dakoda Lasse. She thinks that it would be nice to carry on your name and it has a nice ring to it.

Hope my nieces and nephews aren't causing you too much trouble!

Love, Koda

Don't buy puppies. Adopt the homeless animals that need a good home and are in danger of being put to sleep. You can find almost any age and breed. Check out www.petfinder.com. If you really care about dogs, please consider adopting.

Seide, Sampo, Tapio:
Hello my little nephews and niece.
I'm your uncle Oso. I know you may not be able to read yet, but I wanted to pass on a little of my knowledge to you so you can get the most out of your time with great granny.
When you get to wandering, (it's easy to get out of that box) be sure to spend time in Granny's kitchen. She is always doing something and often drops little tidbits of yummy food on the floor. You have to be quick to get it and Granny may yell a little bit, but she will be laughing, so don't worry! When you get older, be sure to sit and watch in the kitchen. Granny will open this door called the pantry. When she does shoot in there as fast as you can and grab what she calls a potato. Run as if the devil is after you and granny thinks it's a great game and will chase you all over. It's crazy funny! Try to beg for some of her deer snacks.they are delicious..She'll complain because the snacks give us gas, but it bothers them more than us!
Oh yea, when you can make friends with grandpa Ilo. He's a blast to be with and he makes a great play toy! He has the most chewable ears on the earth! He looks and acts a little mean, but he's not, so have fun with him.
I wish you could come and visit me. I spend my days now chasing birds, squirrels, butterflies and anything else that happens by. I get to go fishing in a big boat a lot and bark at seagulls and eagles. I have a lake to splash in and lots of room to run. Remember when you come inside from playing in granny's special yard, she will want to wipe your feet off, I know it's silly, but you get used to it.
Well guys, you have fun while you're there and if you have any questions, just ask Great Granny to write me and I'll answer you right away.
Love,
Your uncle
