Flamenco
Biography

Adamo was 19 years old when he saw Melbourne Flamenco guitarist Richard Tedesco perform at the old Carmen Bar. It was at this moment that he was drawn to the traditional Spanish torques (rhythms) that are so intrinsic to Spanish culture,  music and way of life. Studying under Richard for the first two years after that Flamenco experience, Adamo developed a greater understanding about the rhythm and technique. Adamo was determined to further develop his craft, thus prompting a move to study in Spain.

Whilst living in Madrid, Spain in 2001, Adamo acquired an understanding of Flamenco in its purity. Studying at Amor De Dio's inMadrid was an experience to remember for a lifetime. It was here where Adamo met renowned guitarist and maestro El Entre and begun learning from the source.  He learned to accompany the dance, rhythm and voice, which are the fundamental parts of Flamenco.

Now he is primarily a solo artist in the style of Flamenco/Spanish/Latin instrumental guitar. Adamo's style of music is suitable for performing in restaurants, private functions, weddings and corporate work. He can perform with a singer and/or dancer, which is optional. Adamo has performed around Melbourne at Lotus Bar and Barbukka Bar to name just a couple of the many venues.

He has recorded two original albums including Solamente and more recently Estapa Della Vida.

Adamo will venture wherever his music will take him and beyond.
