What level are you?
Beginner Level:
This is for people who are just starting out. Never danced before or have danced for up to 2 months and/or need a quick refresher class. Even if you have danced before and think that beginners is too easy, well think again. This class takes you though the fundamentals. Turning, spotting, left and right turns, spot turns, balance control, but most of all - having fun is of the utmost importance.
Beginner / Advanced Level:
This level includes most of the beginner level moves including outside turns left and right, spot turning, side steps, back break, haircombs, control and touch of styling. In this class, there is the addition of the cross-body lead, outside turns, open break, hammerlocks and holds, changing hand turns, combinations, body control, dance connection and much much more.
For people who have danced more than 2 months.
Intermediate:
This class if for people who have been dancing Salsa/Cha Cha/ Merengue for more than 4-6 months on average. Can mean on a competancy basis as well. This includes understaning of certain "dance vocab" in order to progress, understand and
achieve results out of casual classes. Only time can help with retaining dance moves and building people's muscle memory.
The moves taught in this class are of a higher level and vary from week to week
