Check the daily moon phase before going on a ghost hunt. Click on the underlined words "moon phase" which you will find under the moon and it will take you to the main page where you will find information on moon phases, solar flares and weather conditions.  As you study these charts you will eventually realize that the phases of the moon will have a postive or negative result when trying to capture photos when ghost hunting.  Some paranormal researchers will tell you that the full moon is the best time and others will tell you that the new moon is the best time.  Everyone has a preference.  It's up to you to decide what you feel is the best phase of the moon for you.
