Fødselsdagsfesten startede klokken 12.30 Søndag den 19 Oktober med en velkomst drink og lidt at tygge på, inden vi gik til bord klokken ca. 13.15
der var 46 i selskabet, fordelt på 4 borde.
Stemningen var god fra starten, da alle mødte op med et godt humør, og med musikeren John Kampes gode musik, blev det en meget livlig eftermiddag.
der blev sunget lidt og der blev holdt tale af både Ragna og Dora samt vor søn Brian og vore svigersøn Marc. Jon selv, lavede en lille optræden med et fulde nummer, og dansen gik lystigt hele eftermiddagen ind imellem middagen og kaffen og derefter igen lige til der blev serveret et lille gå hjem måltid omkring klokken 18.00, gæsterne kom fra nær of fjern, Tasmania, Queensland, New South Wales og selvfølgelig de fleste var fra South Australia, men en del bor 50 til 100 kilometer fra Adelaide.

When we arrived home after the party, the children and the grandchildren were there with one more big present, a Barbeque for the garden
The Bar is well stocked after Jon's birthday with another 10 bottles he received as presents.
